Employers are actively seeking individuals with essential employability skills. Things like communication, teamwork, adaptability, initiative, problem solving, cultural competence, etc. all can be personally developed for your career success. Click on the Self Inventory sheets below to learn more about the 10 essential skills.

At an approved GPEAK training site, learner have the ability to receive formal training and earn badges and certification. Learners obtaining all 10 essential skills badges will become GPEAK certified. Your new credentials can be shared via social media and on your job application materials.
