Partner with GPEAK

Employer partners are essential to helping GPEAK learners gain essential employability skills and put those skills to use in the workforce. Join us in training and/or employing the next generation workforce.

Partnering with GPEAK to train and employ

There are three ways to partner with GPEAK. Complete the interest form on this page to get started and a GPEAK representative will contact you.

1. Become a GPEAK Site

Companies, organizations, and educational partners can sign up to become a GPEAK site. Select trainers at your organization to guide individuals on their essential employability skills and help them earn GPEAK badges and certification. Gain free access to GPEAK resources and the assessment tools. 

2. Employ GPEAK Badge Earners 

Employers interested in connecting with individuals that have earned GPEAK badges, can sign up as an employer partner, who we promote to our GPEAK badge earners. By becoming a partner, we can highlight the careers page on your organization’s website to GPEAK learners who are seeking job opportunities. 

3. Offer Customized Employee Training

Employers can also offer customized sessions with experienced GPEAK trainers. Professionals from Illinois Central College’s Corporate and Community Education Department can be hired to provide employee training support on essential skills using the GPEAK system.
